Single-plasmid standards for quantification of the PML-RARa bcr2 and ABL transcripts.
The quantified REALQUALITY RQ-PML-RARa bcr2 STANDARD must be used in combination with REALQUALITY RQ-PML-RARa bcr2 One-Step kit. The standard is composed by a double-stranded circular DNA containing 2 specific cDNA fragments for the PML-RARa bcr2 and ABL targets, and is not harmful to the user. REALQUALITY RQ-PML-RARa bcr2 STANDARD has been calibrated, verifying the ABL target, using ERM-AD623 (IRMM), a certified reference material of known titer.

Kit contains:
- Ready-to-use reagents for Real-Time PCR
- The 4 calibration points, with concentration ranging from 100 to 100.000 copies/ 5µL, are sufficient for 6 analytical sessions in which each calibration point can be tested in duplicate, both for RQ-PML-RARa bcr2 and ABL.
