The kit has to be used in association with the kit REALQUALITY RS-BCR-ABL p190
The kit includes:
- 4 aliquots of BCR-ABL p190 standards (DNA corresponding to a fragment of the BCR-ABL p190 transcript).
- Concentration of the standards ranges from 20 to 20,000 copies/µL.Volume of standards is sufficient for up to 10 standard curves.
- 4 aliquots of ABL standards (DNA corresponding to a fragment of the ABL transcript).
- Concentration of the standards ranges from 20 to 20,000 copies/µL.Volume of standards is sufficient for up to 10 standard curves.
