REALQUALITY RS-FACTOR V H1299R

Kit for the identification and genotyping of the H1299R mutation (HR2 haplotype) in the human gene coding for Coagulation Factor V by Real-Time PCR

The kit includes:

  • Ready-to-use reagents for Real-Time PCR
  • Positive controls (genotypes: homozygous for wild-type allele, homozygous for mutated allele, heterozygous)
  • dUTP/UNG system for preventing carry-over contamination
  • Passive reference dye for fluorescence normalization
