Description

The REALQUALITY RQ-MBT Complex STANDARD is a CE-IVD diagnostic kit containing known quantified standards for the quantification of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex by Real Time PCR.

This product has to be used in combination with the REALQUALITY RQ-MBT Complex kit.

Kit content

• 4 known quantified standards containing fragment of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex genome, with a concentration between 2 x 10 and 2 x 104 viral genome copies/µL
