Description
Single-plasmid standards for quantification of the BCR-ABL p210 (M-bcr), ABL and GUSB transcripts.
The quantified REALQUALITY RQ-BCR-ABL p210 STANDARD must be used in combination with REALQUALITY RQ-BCR-ABL p210 One-Step kit in order to set up a quantitative analytical session.
The plasmid standard is composed by a double-stranded circular DNA containing 3 specific cDNA fragments derived from BCR-ABL p210, ABL and GUSB transcripts, and is not harmful to the user.
REALQUALITY RQ-BCR-ABL p210 STANDARD has been calibrated using ERM-AD623 (IRMM) calibration kit, a certified reference material of known titer.
Kit content
Kit contains:
- Ready-to-use reagents for Real-Time PCR
- The 6 calibration points, with concentration ranging from 10 to 1.000.000 copies/5 μL*, are sufficient for 6 analytical sessions in which each calibration point can be tested in duplicate, both for p210 and ABL or GUSB.
*The use of REALQUALITY RQ-BCR-ABL p210 STANDARD allows direct quantification of cDNA samples without additional processing of the results.
