REALQUALITY RQ-STI CT

Kit for detection of Chlamydia trachomatis by Real-Time PCR

The kit includes:

  • ready-to-use reagents for Real-Time PCR
  • amplification controls (amplification part of the beta-globin gene (BG))
  • an internal control (for acellular samples)
  • positive control (DNA containing fragments of the Chlamydia trachomatis and of the human beta-globin gene)
  • the dUTP/UNG system for prevention of carry-over contaminations
