Ready-to-use quantified standards for quantification of translocation t(8;21)(q22;q22).
The quantification standards included in REALQUALITY RQ-AML1-ETO STANDARD are to be used exclusively in combination with the kit REALQUALITY RS-AML1-ETO for quantitative analysis.
The REALQUALITY RQ-AML1-ETO STANDARD contains quantification standards for both the AML1-ETO transcript and the ABL transcript.
These standards can be used to create separate standard curves for the AML1-ETO fusion transcript and the ABL transcript, which allow the determination of the absolute copy number of AML1-ETO fusion transcript and the normalization to the housekeeping gene ABL.

Kit includes:
- Ready-to-use reagents for Real-Time PCR
- The 4 calibration points, with concentrations ranging from 20 to 20,000 copies/µL, are sufficient for 10 analytical sessions for AML1-ETO.
- The 4 calibration points, with concentrations ranging from 20 x 10 to 20,000 copies/µL, are sufficient for 10 analytical sessions for ABL.
