REALQUALITY RQ-WT-1 STANDARD

Description

Standards for quantification of the expression of Wilms Tumor 1 gene (WT-1).

The quantification standards included in REALQUALITY RQ-WT-1 STANDARD are to be used exclusively in combination with the kit REALQUALITY RS-WT-1 for quantitative analysis.
The REALQUALITY RQ-WT-1 STANDARD contains quantification standards for both the WT-1 transcript and the ABL transcript. These standards can be used to create separate standard curves for the WT-1 transcript and the ABL transcript, which allow determination of the absolute copy number of WT-1 transcript and the normalization to the housekeeping gene ABL.

The standards are composed of DNA fragments that correspond to the genetic regions of interest and as such are not dangerous to the user.

Product Characteristics

• 4 calibration points for the WT1 transcript and for the transcript of the ABL gene (control gene) are supplied; they are sufficient for obtaining up to 10 standard curves

Kit contains:

• Ready-to-use reagents for Real-Time PCR
• The 4 calibration points, with concentration ranging from 20 to 20.000 copies/µL (i.e. from 200 and 200.000 copies/reaction), sufficient for 10 analytical sessions for WT-1.
• The 4 calibration points, with concentration ranging from 20 to 20.000 copies/µL (i.e. from 200 and 200.000 copies/reaction), sufficient for 10 analytical sessions for ABL.
