Ready-to-use quantified standards for quantification of inv(16)(p13;q22) (CBFβ -MYH11
type A fusion transcript).

The quantification standards included in REALQUALITY RQ-INV 16 STANDARD are to be used exclusively in combination with the kit REALQUALITY RS-INV 16 for quantitative analysis.

The REALQUALITY RQ-INV 16 STANDARD contains quantification standards for both the INV 16 (CBFβ-MYH11) transcript and the ABL transcript.

These standards can be used to create separate standard curves for the INV 16 (CBFβ-MYH11) fusion transcript and the ABL transcript, which allow determination of the absolute copy number of INV 16 (CBFβ-MYH11) fusion transcript and the normalization to the housekeeping gene ABL.

  • Ready-to-use reagents for Real-Time PCR
  • 4 known quantified standards, with a concentration between 20 and 20.000 viral genome copies/µL for the fusion gene CBFβ-MYH11 (INV 16 fusion transcript).
  • 4 known quantified standards, with a concentration between 20 and 20.000 viral genome copies/µL for ABL.
