Ready-to-use quantification standards for quantification of PML-RARa bcr1 and ABL transcripts
The kit has to be used in association with the kit REALQUALITY RS-PML-RARa bcr1
The kit includes:
- 4 aliquots of PML-RARa bcr1 standard solutions (DNA corresponding to a fragment of PML-RARa bcr1 transcript).
- The aliquots contain 20, 200, 2000 and 20000 DNA copies/µL and are sufficient for creating up to 10 standard curves.
- 4 aliquots of ABL standard solutions (DNA corresponding to a fragment of the ABL transcript).
- The aliquots contain 20, 200, 2000 and 20000 DNA copies/µL and are sufficient for creating up to 10 standard curves.
